After many cases like this, I learned a few experiences:
Backup is a must-have feature when you do WordPress because it does not affect the performance of the website (choose a backup time of 3-4am is beautiful).
Always backup data and push to Google Drive because you have a backup at VPS when VPS dies, it will also be lost.
Should keep the backup file for about 7 days before deleting, because many times I want to rollback but can’t find the old file.

This guy is fine in that:

The import it is quite good: for example, if you buy the TheGem theme, TheGem will have to enter the key to download the demo data as well as the demo theme. I often use All-in-One WP Migration to export the original theme data and then import it from the demo data theme to another place if that theme does not allow multiple domains to be installed, etc.
Support backup at a defined time every day such as: 3 am every day or 5 am every 3 days for example.
In general, those of you who haven’t used it will understand why it’s delicious, I also had a long time using UpdraftPlus, but honestly, if you look at the ratings and installs between the two guys, All-in-One WP Migration is a few better. step.

All-in-One is not as good as UpdraftPlus in that if you want to auto-backup and sync to Google Drive or other clouds, you have to pay, UpdraftPlus is free. But now that I share the Google Drive Extension All product for the One WP Migration plugin, there is no reason why I recommend UpdraftPlus.
